We will gladly assist only if your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, such as:

• Incorrect or missing print

• Visible production flaws

• Damage caused before delivery

Requirements:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the issue

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement or

• Store credit (at our discretion)

The following are not manufacturing errors:

• Slight color variation

• Minor print placement differences

• Fabric texture variations

• Fit preferences

These are normal characteristics of apparel production.
