We will gladly assist only if your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, such as:

Requirements:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of the issue

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
If approved, we will offer:

Store credit (at our discretion)
